Kiki's Delivery Service
Special Edition DVD

Kiki's Delivery Service is a Japanese animated movie created by Studio Ghibli. I made a special edition DVD case that is based off the bakery Kiki lived and worked at in the movie.

The concept behind this packaging was that Kiki would deliver you this package from the bakery. The calligraphy  and illustrations were done by hand. The DVD label is a bread roll that I took photographs of.

The talisman is to represent Kiki's calling card and the silhouette is a symbol that is seen multiple times in the movie.
